To make a placement in NannyLogic, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the candidate you want to place is listed under the candidate section in the job order.
2. Click on the “HIRE” button next to the candidate you wish to place. A pop-up window will appear.
3. In the pop-up window, enter essential information about the placement, such as the start date, guaranteed days, and hourly rate.
4. Once you submit this information, the job order will convert into a placement and automatically move to the placement tab.
5. Initially, placements are set to “not paid”. To add payment information, click on ‘Placement Info’ on the right side of the page to edit and fill out the required fields.
6. You can also set up the system to count down the guaranteed days.
